This 1994 reissue of the 1989 box set replaced disc 4 (with CD-Video track) with CD-ROM containing the video for "Ashes to Ashes" in Quicktime format and three more audio tracks

One of the first Bowie Rykodisc releases pressed in Canada by Disque Americ (pre-IFPI period)
Jewel cases: this reissue can be found with various jewel cases - with black tray (early pressings), green tray with ribbed front sidebar and green tray with transparent front sidebar. All these variants come with standard Ryko's tray artwork (Bowie with the guitar) and "MADE IN CANADA" sticker on back side
